Paul founded Sureswipe, the first non-bank to offer card acceptance in South Africa, one of the pioneers of payment service providers (PSP’s) in SA. In May 2019, Sureswipe together with other Crossfin and Apis investments were consolidated to form adumo. As a co-founder of adumo, Paul was appointed CEO and led the merger of South Africa’s independent payments companies Innervation Pan African Payments, Sureswipe, InRewards and Humble software and the acquisition of GAAP, a market leader in hospitality; adumo online; and SwitchPay, a consumer lending platform. In October 2024, Paul was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Merchant Division at Lesaka Technologies, and under his leadership manages the adumo Group, GAAP, Cash Connect, Capital Connect, and EasyPay Cash.

Mark has an M.B.A. Marketing, from Oxford - Brookes University in the U.K, and an impressive 30 years of operations and logistics experience behind him, which includes working for SAB - and many years of consulting within the logistics, sales and marketing sectors. He has been with the company since 2009, earning him in-house awards of recognition for exceptional commitment and outstanding performance.

Seth is a registered Chartered Accountant with SAICA and brings over 20 years of experience in commercial finance and operations. He has held numerous senior leadership positions at renowned multinational corporations, including Dell and Microsoft. During this time, Seth oversaw financial and operational strategies for South Africa, emerging markets, and the EMEA region, contributing to the growth and optimisation of these businesses. With a career primarily rooted in the information technology sector, Seth has a deep understanding of navigating complex markets and driving performance in highly competitive industries and environments.

Revasan earned his Diploma in Advanced Computer programming at Birnam Business College in 2001 and is currently completing a BCom – Informatics degree. With a number of years within the banking arena, during his time at FNB, Revasan was instrumental in the development of an award winning web-based reporting platform for the banking industry. His expertise forms a vital part of Cash Connect's service offering backbone.

Viveshinee has worked her way through the ranks obtaining MAP program at the University of the Witwatersrand, and has completed her B Com, Financial Management at Unisa. With over 20 years' experience working in the cash and logistics industry, Viveshnee brings value-based management skills to the table, which encompass logistics, operations, HR, IR, supply and chain management.

With an unwavering passion for sales and driving new business revenue, Lauren is dedicated to crafting compelling solutions and forging meaningful and lasting connections with clients. With 17 years’ sales management experience, across multiple verticals – She thrives on the dynamic nature of the sales environment, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow. Lauren’s management style, entrepreneurial spirit and passion are the driving forces that have lead her and her teams to their success.

Carine brings over 15 years of extensive leadership experience across diverse business units within the ICT, Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors. Recognised for her entrepreneurial drive and exceptional professional insight, she embodies a lifelong commitment to learning and growth. Carine holds a BCom Honours in Marketing Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Science. Her proficiency in strategic analysis, coupled with her demonstrated success in business development and sales management, positions her as a valued asset to our executive team.

With experience in the cash handling, management and movement industry spanning some 18 years, Pierre helped pioneer the electronic cash management systems industry in South Africa. Pierre was the co-founder and MD of Deposit Manager (Pty) Ltd, a Cash Connect subsidiary which was acquired in 2010 by Cash Connect to provide Cash Connect with a specialised, in-house cash management solutions development and manufacturing capability.

Sumay obtained her Hons. BCom Marketing Management (RAU)(Cum Laude) in 2000. She has 20+ years of financial services industry experience across roles in marketing, operations, strategy, product development and project management. She’s a seasoned Marketing professional with a passion for strategic marketing, marketing operations, brand building, project delivery and premium client experiences. Prior to joining the Connect Group, she served as Head of Marketing at Sage Pastel Payroll & HR for 9 years.
