The responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:

Preparation of hardware as per sales orders:
  • Ensure devices are correctly configured before allocation.
  • Ensure refurbished devices are in good condition and good working order.
  • Inserting and testing of simcards
Provisioning of hardware as per sales orders:
  • Complete all the necessary admin processes related to Sales Orders.
Repairing and refurbishing hardware:
  • Troubleshooting devices that are returned from the field.
  • Repair said devices.
  • Test and refurbish.
  • Arrange for devices to be shipped to customers if necessary.
Customer Service and Administration
  • Assist walk in clients with their queries, whether they are hardware or software related.
  • Assist customers telephonically when they call in and have issues / queries.

In order to be considered for this position the following requirements need to be met:

  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • No work experience required.
