The responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:Preparation of hardware as per sales orders:
- Ensure devices are correctly configured before allocation.
- Ensure refurbished devices are in good condition and good working order.
- Inserting and testing of simcards
- Complete all the necessary admin processes related to Sales Orders.
- Troubleshooting devices that are returned from the field.
- Repair said devices.
- Test and refurbish.
- Arrange for devices to be shipped to customers if necessary.
- Assist walk in clients with their queries, whether they are hardware or software related.
- Assist customers telephonically when they call in and have issues / queries.
In order to be considered for this position the following requirements need to be met:
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- No work experience required.
