The management and development of business growth opportunities and retention of customer base, by encompassing the strategic goal of the organization and delivering a premium class service to our customers.
The individual applying for this position should have passed matric, a tertiary qualification as well as 3-4 year’s working experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly visits of your current month’s tiers
- Maintain an accurate customer database and call cycle
- Manage the customer expectations and needs
- Manage the customer portfolio allocated to you
- Source viable opportunities to promote the business in order to secure required weekly quota output and build a solid pipeline of opportunities with Business owners/decision maker
- Manage all activity and reporting via internal system to effectively manage and secure your prospect base
- Managing and actioning on going promotions/campaigns strategic decisions throughout the customer base
- Provide assistance to Business Consultants and other Departments within the business
- Assist Operations with customer training and billable calls
- Assist the Settlement staff with queries
- Meet deadlines for weekly/monthly reporting
- ADHOC requested as and when required
