The management and development of business growth opportunities and retention of customer base, by encompassing the strategic goal of the organization and delivering a premium class service to our customers.

The individual applying for this position should have passed matric, a tertiary qualification as well as 3-4 year’s working experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly visits of your current month’s tiers
  • Maintain an accurate customer database and call cycle
  • Manage the customer expectations and needs
  • Manage the customer portfolio allocated to you
  • Source viable opportunities to promote the business in order to secure required weekly quota output and build a solid pipeline of opportunities with Business owners/decision maker
  • Manage all activity and reporting via internal system to effectively manage and secure your prospect base
  • Managing and actioning on going promotions/campaigns strategic decisions throughout the customer base
  • Provide assistance to Business Consultants and other Departments within the business
  • Assist Operations with customer training and billable calls
  • Assist the Settlement staff with queries
  • Meet deadlines for weekly/monthly reporting
  • ADHOC requested as and when required
