Steven is registered as a chartered accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He has two decades of financial services experience, having spent 18 years working for Investec in South Africa and the UK. Previously, he served as Global Head of Private Banking and Joint Chief Executive Officer of Investec Bank plc. He played a major role in a private consortium that acquired the Cash Connect business in 2013 and was subsequently appointed as the CEO. In 2018, Steven was instrumental in developing an alternative business financing solution, enabling business funding to SMEs in just 24hrs, Capital Connect. Following acquisitions in the beginning of 2020, the Connect Group was formed and now has two new divisions namely Kazang Connect and Card Connect. Steven currently fulfils the role of the Group CEO of the Connect Group of companies.

Mark has an M.B.A. Marketing, from Oxford - Brookes University in the U.K, and an impressive 30 years of operations and logistics experience behind him, which includes working for SAB - and many years of consulting within the logistics, sales and marketing sectors. He has been with the company since 2009, earning him in-house awards of recognition for exceptional commitment and outstanding performance.

Neil holds a B Com Accounting and an Honours degree in Taxation from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) as well also being a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has worked both locally and internationally fulfilling a number of roles and positions across a range of industries spanning from investment banking to technology and education.

Revasan earned his Diploma in Advanced Computer programming at Birnam Business College in 2001 and is currently completing a BCom – Informatics degree. With a number of years within the banking arena, during his time at FNB, Revasan was instrumental in the development of an award winning web-based reporting platform for the banking industry. His expertise forms a vital part of Cash Connect's service offering backbone.

Viveshinee has worked her way through the ranks obtaining MAP program at the University of the Witwatersrand, and has completed her B Com, Financial Management at Unisa. With over 20 years' experience working in the cash and logistics industry, Viveshnee brings value-based management skills to the table, which encompass logistics, operations, HR, IR, supply and chain management.

With an unwavering passion for sales and driving new business revenue, Lauren is dedicated to crafting compelling solutions and forging meaningful and lasting connections with clients. With 17 years’ sales management experience, across multiple verticals – She thrives on the dynamic nature of the sales environment, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow. Lauren’s management style, entrepreneurial spirit and passion are the driving forces that have lead her and her teams to their success.

Carine brings over 15 years of extensive leadership experience across diverse business units within the ICT, Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors. Recognised for her entrepreneurial drive and exceptional professional insight, she embodies a lifelong commitment to learning and growth. Carine holds a BCom Honours in Marketing Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Science. Her proficiency in strategic analysis, coupled with her demonstrated success in business development and sales management, positions her as a valued asset to our executive team.

With experience in the cash handling, management and movement industry spanning some 18 years, Pierre helped pioneer the electronic cash management systems industry in South Africa. Pierre was the co-founder and MD of Deposit Manager (Pty) Ltd, a Cash Connect subsidiary which was acquired in 2010 by Cash Connect to provide Cash Connect with a specialised, in-house cash management solutions development and manufacturing capability.

Sumay obtained her Hons. BCom Marketing Management (RAU)(Cum Laude) in 2000. She has 20+ years of financial services industry experience across roles in marketing, operations, strategy, product development and project management. She’s a seasoned Marketing professional with a passion for strategic marketing, marketing operations, brand building, project delivery and premium client experiences. Prior to joining the Connect Group, she served as Head of Marketing at Sage Pastel Payroll & HR for 9 years.
